Coping during COVID-19

Many of us may be reeling from the sudden changes and disruptions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic has profoundly disrupted the ways in which we live, work and play - leaving many feeling understandably stressed, confused, fearful and anxious. Apart from the physical dangers of the virus, there are overwhelming mental health impacts of the pandemic and the social distancing measures implemented.


During this time of uncertainty, remember to be gentle with yourself. We're all doing the best we can with the current circumstances. Although we are socially distanced, we do not have to be socially disconnected. We have the capacity to not only overcome this crisis, but to grow stronger, wiser and more resilient.
